Information We Collect

We collect basic information needed to run your events, such as your name and email. We also collect guest details that you provide to facilitate invitations and check-ins. When you contact us, we receive the details in your message. We record whether an organiser or guest has confirmed their email address.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for:

• check_circle Processing payments and receipts.
• check_circle Sending you important updates and alerts.
• check_circle Confirming email addresses and responding to support requests. AngelB manages messages sent to our shared support inbox.

Invitation Delivery Providers

When an organiser sends an invitation, we share the recipient details and invitation content with the selected delivery provider. Email delivery uses our hosting mail service. WhatsApp delivery through Meta shares the guest's phone number, name, event name and date, invitation message and personalised pass link with Meta so it can deliver the message. We record delivery status to help organisers manage invitations.

Request Data Deletion

To request removal of your organiser account or guest details, email supportme@angelb.org from the email address you used on EventPass. Use the subject “EventPass data deletion” and include the event name if your request concerns a guest registration. We will confirm your identity before acting on the request and explain any records that need to be retained, such as payment or security records. You can also use this inbox to request removal of information received through Facebook or WhatsApp.
